The planner
The whole load in one view.
A plan open in the app. Each pellet type has its own colour, stacked as high as your rules allow.
Why it fits more
The same 15 pellets. Two ways to arrange them.
Both drawings look at the container end-on, from the door. Turning some of the pellets sideways, not all of them, is what closes the gap along the wall.

What is in the box
Plan it, adjust it, then send it out.
The software arranges the load. The rest of the app is there because the people loading the container often know something it does not.
Hand editing
Drag a pellet and its stack moves with it. Turn it, remove it, put it back.
3D viewer
Turn the load, zoom in, and step through it one pellet at a time. Every pellet is numbered.
Catalogue and pellet planning
Keep products, cartons and pellets on file. Each plan saves its own copy, so a later edit never changes a load you have already sent.
Measure the gaps
Read the clearance around any pellet. Wide gaps against a wall are flagged, so padding is arranged in advance.
Reports to hand over
An Excel job card and a PDF of the load, both made in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Each file is stamped with the date and time.
By hand
Change anything yourself.
The same rules apply either way, so a load you have adjusted is still a load your team can build.

Describe the container
Pick a standard size or enter your own. Set the weight limit, the gap between pellets, and the stacking height.

One row per pellet type, chosen by product name. Dimensions and weight fill themselves in. You set the quantity and the colour.

Space, weight and floor used. How many pellets went in, and what did not fit.

Adjust anything you need to, then download the job card and the PDF.
